You can exchange your product either on-site, at our store if you have the proof of payment and the product itself, or through a courier company. None of the above options will entail extra costs for you.

If you choose not to use any of the free return methods available, you will be charged for the refund. Please be aware that if you want to return the goods in any other way, we have the right to charge you for the direct costs we may incur to receive the goods in this way.

After reviewing the returned product in detail, and in the event of damage to it, you will automatically be charged for cleaning or repairing it.
